3. User Registration

To access our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

5. Refund Policy

• Full refund available within 7 days of enrollment if no course content has been accessed
• 50% refund available within 14 days if less than 25% of course content has been completed
• No refunds after 14 days or if more than 25% of course content has been completed
• Refunds for cancelled courses will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Special circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, distribute, or resell course content
• Disrupt or interfere with the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass or abuse other users or instructors
• Submit false or misleading information

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, and software, is the property of Algo Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
• Limited personal use is permitted for enrolled students
• Certificates and credentials remain property of Algo Academy

9. Course Access and Completion

• Course access is provided for the duration specified at enrollment
• Lifetime access may be provided for certain courses
• Course completion requirements are clearly specified
• Certificates are issued upon successful completion
• We reserve the right to revoke access for policy violations

10. Placement Services

Our career services include job placement assistance, but we cannot guarantee employment outcomes:

• Placement assistance is provided based on course completion
• Job referrals depend on partner company requirements
• Success depends on individual effort and market conditions
• We do not guarantee specific salary outcomes

11. Limitation of Liability

Algo Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

13. Termination

We may terminate your access to the service for violations of these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service ceases immediately
• You remain liable for all charges incurred
• We may delete your account and data
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
